Profile Advantage – Background check

A company who was to hire me on after passing a background check, unfortunately, decided to trust these inept clowns with handling their "background reports" and this company has a time frame in which the info must be completed by. This incompetent group, however, has a glitched form, trapping you in a loop of the same questions with no option to advance to the next portion for completion and though the forms support claims to reply within minutes, all my time expired with no reply and I was automatically disqualified without ever being able to even submit the check. What a joke.
I *still* have never heard back from their support that "replies within minutes".
