Live Nation / Ticket Master review: Credit not working

I purchased 4 tickets Journey Concert 2020 due Covid was canceled. I took the Credit Offer 150% They state Credit can be used multiple times to purchase tickets until full amount used. I 2 purchased tickets and I still have over $316.00 on my credit I tried to purchase 4 tickets for a concert at Tinley Park Wich was less than my available remanding credit and it states I used this code I have e-mailed several times thru my account and fan e-mail link live nation e-mail and get robotic e-mail responses that do not pertain to my issue I really need to talk to a live customer service rep none of the phone numbers give you a person any more Help?
