On friday Nov> 8th I put a 500.00 deposit on a 2019 Blazer at Paddock on Delaware Ave in Kenmore, New York. I waas told the next day craig/gregg would pick me up to transport me to my bank and I would be able to drive the suv off the lot. The next day I called to be picked up and was told it could not be done until monday. I decided that day I did not want the SUV and contacted Paddock via e mail to cancel and refund my money to my debit card. I did not find out until today when my bank statement arrived that my funds had not been returned to my account. I called 7 times today and at one point was told I could not get my refund.
