Smart Style Walmart South Point, Ohio 45680 – Staff picks up phone but stays silent

I was calling to get prices, so I could get my hair colored & permed. But, every time I call; 5-8 times a day, I get no answer. They pick up the phone, but don't say anything. It's extremely frustrating! But, my thinking is: if they can't even answer the phone, I'm definitely not trusting them with my hair! I would think that this is horrible for business. Because now, since I can't get a price or even a friendly hello, I'll be going somewhere else. Just thought that you should know.
