The maxis line was terrible for past 6 months and the line was breaking. Normaly when the line was barred for payment usually there is some kimd of extention period. I have a lawyer And they filed a notice to sue me in bronx county court on 12/8/21. after we were in negotiations to settle my balance with capital one. I would like to know how legal this is?
