Their courier Buffalo logistics kept telling me that yhey tried to deliver and we always have multiple parcels from multiple courier companies. This company keeps lying and saying that I am not reachable. [censored]. Now I complained eith my daily deals and have explained the situation now they refer to me as not comunicating as I have been yelling my head off for 5 days straight with their courier pieces of crap. I filed for a refund and their landline is not working. Now they completely ignore me and still no refund or result.

They send ma a fake item. Agreed to a refund. Made me Pay R300 for sending back to them with courier. Now already a week since they received it and no refunds and all email replies stopped.
Don't use them.
