Hero Market Pasir Gudang Johor Bahru at Scale Price review: Rude and no manners with customer

On 24 January 2022 in the afternoon I went to the Hero Market Pusat Bandar Pasir Gudang Johor to buy some groceries. Before this I usually buy my groceries and nothing happened but today when I went to the scales area to scales my thing the way he serves me was very bad. The name of the worker that serves me at that time is DANDANG.
How dare the worker scold to the customer for no reason. Is he cannot talk nicely to the customer. This worker need to send to the customer service training to get some way on how to treat customer nicely. I cannot accept the way he treat people and for the manager please take note and double check all of your worker. I hope you will take some action. Thank you.
