Fidelity Information Services review: Wire transfer

On or about January 12th or 13th, Upgrade Company wired $4500.00 to an account I never had. I don't know where my financial institution got the credit card number ending in 2588. Reviewing my loan application I saw that it was Fidelity Information services. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever had any business dealings with FIS. Your customer service phone number leads you to nowhere. Worst customer service access I have ever dealt with
