This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

This company is engaging in deceptive and predatory business practices.

They pretend they are an agent of the US Park Service and say they are the only ones that can book the lodges - they are not affiliated in any way - they are actually a travel agency.

They have MANY terrible reviews - too bad I did not take a minute to look them up with the BBB, TripAdvisor, or even Google!

You try to book a hotel reservation online - their website is designed to "look" like a US Park website - you accept the VERY fine print - which does not guarantee your reservation, you must wait for an email or a call to confirm.

Only later will you discover that they have added a 10% fee to you credit card.

Of course, the room you want to book online is NEVER available, so they call you and you are given your second or third choice. In our case, we had to book TWO rooms, because the family room was "unavailable." In our case, our total was DOUBLED.

When I asked for a total, I was given the price of the TWO rooms - but they did not mention the $50 fee they would slap on my credit card - even when I asked specifically for a total.

When I was sent an email about my booking and reservation, the $50 charge was suspiciously absent - no mention of any 10% booking fee. Only the fees for the rooms and the taxes.

This company has a number of negative reviews, you can see that the reviews ALL deal with their consistent, intentional, and deceptive practices.

Buyer beware!

Desired outcome: I do not wish to pay a booking fee of $50
