On 1/2222 I visited the Vandergriff Acura lot to purchase a vehicle that I was told I was approved for by Manager Kal Earkat. I was going to buy a 2011 MDX but they said it had to many miles to approve me for through a bank so Kal said I was approved for a 2015 MDX with 81k miles. When I arrived Kal put me and my wife with a sales rep who showed us the vehicle and took a test drive. Once we got back he ran the numbers and my payments was $670 with a 18.99% interest rate. Mind you I told them I didn't want my payments over $400 before I even went to the location and I did the application online already. This took two hrs and with those numbers we decided to leave. Once I exit the doors the manager came out Kal and said how about I make your payments $500 fir 72 months. Ow correct me if I'm wrong bout you said I was approved at 18.98% so how in 5 minutes you can now drop it over 8% to $500. At that moment I felt they had been trying to hustle me so I left. On Monday a sales rep called name Logan who sent me a screenshot of the everything out the door and my payments was for $507 for 72 months. But now they have a Dealer Prep fee attached cir $2500 I asked Logan what is the for he stated all what they did to the car. I asked how can you charge for something that is already done on the car. Dealer Prep $1999, Wheel locks $105, and Tint $399. They continued to try to find away to beat me out of something. Had he said $500 when I first got there it would've been a fine deal. But to stall me hoping that I sign for more first time me is a conn. How can you drop the interest rate that a bank approved me for. But I asked about the prep fee and why was it so high Logan stated that's the new way of buying car now. Online it said that this was a way for the dealership to make extra money and that it range from $100 to $400 but not $2500. They offered a trade for my truck a 2000 Expedition fir $1345 but when I got there it was only for $1000 and they didn't even check the truck out. This was my worse experience in trying to buy a car where the manager was just as bad as the sales rep.

Desired outcome: Drop the prep fee for $2500 and sale the vehicle
