Online purchase date: Dec 15, 2020
Purchased an item online supposed delivery was Dec 22. Called up to check apparently package was lost. Jan 4, 2022 they promised to re-deliver the same item. They have provided a new tracking no via UPS.I checked UPS, airway bill has been created but the item has not been given to them.
Been calling them but the shop is apparently closed, no email response as well.
No update on the order as of today Jan. 25, 2022
