23/05/2022: I have been standing in line early this morning. I was told last week that no appointments can be made I can just come. Now I hear they are closed no longer seeing people, it is only 12h00pm. Last week also long wait, people inside eating KFC instead of assisting. This is unacceptable, we are here for a reason. We cannot take off from work every time to accomadate this branch. Terrible service always!

Phishing attempt via gumtree app.. With my monzo account.. The fraudent activity was carried out via live online chat by sending a link. I can attach the link and also the photograph. The website succeed to get 196.00£ in 3 different transcations. Ie 85.00.£,77.00 £ and 34.00£. I have raised a dispute against this amount in monzo app. Hope it's resolved soon.

I ordered a butterfly bush on March 25. on April 18 I received a notification that the order was shipped. However, using the tracking number, I learned that the item was delivered to a mailbox in Tonasket, WA (300+ miles away). I contacted the company three times (via e-mail and via text) and got zero response. I guess I'm out $48.15. Really disappointed...
