Connection GTL review: Phone

I have tried hitting "0" as per the instructions of the automated service that my fiancé has to use to call me. This problem has been going on for months. I have screenshots of the calls that haven't went through. I have called customer service several times and in one month I have had three tickets for tech support. No one calls you back with a resolution you have to call them but the phones work for like two days if that and now we are back to calls not working at all.
