Huges Handyman Services review: part part on fridge but still messing up

We called Huges Handyman Service to install a part on our fridge in which he did. the next couple of days it started messing up again, freezing everything in fridge. We called him for 2 days in which he kept giving excuses why he could not come. We offered to pay him for comming out and still he would not come or call us back. In my opinion he should not be on Angies List or any other work site with good reviews! To conclude Huges Handyman Services did not stand by their work!
