Citibank and Samsung review: failure of citibank and samsung to return my funds

Item not sent to my address returned to Samsung via FEDEX.

Samsung E0commerce has tried to return funds without success. Citibank has not received the credit back.

Citibank website is in error... Citibank Dispute Center is completely inept and in violation of law.

Return my funds by 6/10/2022 or I will close my 7 accounts with your company.

Get your act together and get competent people to deal with your prime customers.
