In May of 2020 the Trinity Homes of Abilene installed a Clayton Mobile home on my property and refused to anchor the home according to current standards. This has resulted in an unsafe living manner due to the high winds we experience in this region on a regular basis.

It is costing me thousands of dollars to retrofit the home in order to sell it.

This is a direct result of the lies and deceit practiced by Grady T. Henderson, Chris Tate and Byron Roberts.

Desired outcome: Company will assume cost to correct faulty installation in order to accomodate selling the property

Hello ma'am! When you ordered your home, it was installed the same way we install all of our homes with the state required anchor system. The anchor system we installed was inspected by the state and in complete compliance with every box the inspector needed to check. It sounds like you are trying to sell your home, and the person wanting to buy it either has FHA or VA financing which requires an FHA approved foundation. You actually handled your own pad and your husband did a fantastic job! However, the anchor system and pad is what was required for our industry. The FHA/VA guidelines require a certain foundation and that is not what you paid for. Therefore, why you are being told you need to retro-fit the foundation.
