This company has picked up a new contract with the town of Indian Head MD and they don’t care about their customers! They seem to be only interested in a paycheck. If you want to invest in buying a lot of trash cans then hire them! After pickup, plan to pickup trash receptacles and search for trash can tops! If you call management, don’t expect any support and brace yourself for insults and sarcasm! Awful! No pride in services!

This company on a very regular basis shuts the water off then notifies on their Facebook page after the fact. Afyer many people complain first. The pressure is consistently low. Where my sprinklers will not work and I cant wash my hair. He is asked often why our bill goes up and the pressure is low and the service is very unprofessional. But no change happens

I received an email that I won a Yeti Cooler from Dick's Sporting Goods, and that I just had to pay shipping. I searched them online afterwards to find complaints about them on this site, and now I want to make sure they don't take any more money from me in the future, and to get a refund if possible. I received the email on 8/1/22 at 5:21 a.m. and made the payment around 8:30a.m. the same day.
