American Securities Associates Inc review: Payment not received

The company is refusing to pay employees because we filed a complaint with OSHA regarding bed bugs that were not addressed by staff until after filing the complaint. We were all then subsequently terminated. The company is now refusing to pay the employees. I have reached out to Donna who threatened to call the police if anyone tries to retrieve pay by coming to the work site. Donna referred me to Bomar who has refused to take any calls. Then there are the company owners, William and Michelle Seiz, they refuse to take, return calls or acknowledge, the illegal activities taking place within this company. I ask for any additional assistance in retrieving my pay as this is the third time this has happened. I also have every interaction both in person and on the phone, documented and recording.
