Defective Traeger – Century 34

When we purchased our Traeger from Costco's was after a lot of research and talking to other Traeger users. In fact up until now, we've highly recommended the Traeger. We chose to go with the bigger Traeger thinking it would last a lifetime. NOT!

We purchased on 6-16-18, and had problems in the beginning because it wasn't smoking. Several VERY unhelpful phone calls, and a VERY upset spouse, only resulted in being told that's how they work.

We continued to use it and low and behold it started working, but the temp never held where it was suppose to.

Over the last few months, the wheel bearings started falling out of the wheels. Then the auger quit working, so it was taken apart, cleaned, and it started working great again. Now it's not working at all, won't turn on, a dead metal pile on our patio.

OF COURSE the warranty doesn't cover anything and why throw good money after bad it hopes ordering new parts will work, when there is no guarantee new parts will fix the problem.
