Re: (BMW 318i A/T (F30) 2016

On 24 February 2022, I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership(2016 BMW 318i A/T (F30) FJ44GB GP.

Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because I received the vehicle with a cracked windscreen, On the 4 July 2022I brought the car in because the vehicle was smoking,

It is the 12 July I still don't have my vehicle back I went to the mechanic whom you referred me to, and I followed up with the mechanic who inspected the vehicle however the mechanic says the turbocharger is cracked and that if it can be fixed it will leak again it has to be replaced,

I also came through to the dealership to say that if the vehicle cannot be fixed I want my finance back or another vehicle because this vehicle is still new I am still going to pay a lot of money

Please advise on when is the car going to be fixed because I rely on my vehicle for transport as I have no transport, I look forward to settling this matter amicably. if the matter is not resolved by the end of this week I will have to take feather action to resolve the complaint. I sent this email and i am still waiting for them.
