Please be advised that the landlord is a heavy drug user with an alcohol problem. You are not allowed guests and if it is found you have guests the RCMP will be notified and your guest will be charged with trespassing, the landlord will have the vehicle tagged and towed. Female tenants are at a great risk for sexual harassment, threats and if you do not abide will receive a 24-72hour eviction notice. Female tenants will be asked regularly to go out and party (drugs and alcohol) and be physically touched or have advances made on them. A current female tenant who moved in one week ago was receiving persistent texts from the landlord who was trying to convince them to his home alone. If you question or dispute anything you are immediately evicted. The home is not being properly maintained and plumbing is failing, heating is not sufficient and the washer has broken. Please be advised that this is a dangerous living situation and two tenants are now currently leaving due to safety concerns. After further research and a google search the landlord has lost his multi million dollar Canadian company due to various lawsuits women have placed, and there are multiple complaints from potential and current female tenants on the predatorial behaviour this man exhibits. She rented a suite from me, she couldn't afford the full damage deposit and came from Saskatchewan I was nice enough to give it to her in order for her to help me clean the place, I own a large rooming house in Sturgeon county. She is not even close to my type and I would never hit on her one slight bit I promise you.
Everything she writes here is a complete lie.
She was caught smoking meth, she brought her boyfriend from BC the guy stayed in the room for 3 days without permission, we had to threaten to tow his vehicle to get him out.
She then brought her sister and her sister's dog and stayed in another room at the house without permission, this girl, Christine I actually was very nice and respectful and kind to her, but sometimes these are the type of people you meet. This is why they go nowhere in life. Her sister even said she doesn't even talk to her anymore.
My company's never got lost or anything like that, all the sexual predator crap that people keep writing is from my ex she wrote it everywhere, but I forgive her. Then these people try to use that against me.
None of it is true if anybody saw me and knew who I was they would know that it's not true. But this is enough to get a defamation statement of claim against her and we are looking for her to have her served so if anybody knows where abouts for Christine Carman, please let me know so the process servers can serve her documents.

This landlord is not what he says he is. Illegal suite he had us rent and takes our deposits and doesn't return it. You eventually couldn't pay for rent so I helped you with that too. Unfortunately you're very miserable, I don't know why but you are, maybe because you drink a little too much so I hope you get the help you can get with that.
Your cat damaged the chair in the dining room which is a antique set worth over $65,000. Damages were about $5,000 you told me you were going to pay for it but you can't so I was just going to let it go, I'm a nice person everyone that knows me knows this.
But then you abruptly left before month end and couldn't pay rent, you left the place the disaster and your cat ruined the room carpet, but the worst thing of all is you stole the 55-in TV I had brand new in a box.
Your one of the oldest person that i had there, but you were beyond crazy like you have serious mental health issues and I hope you get the help you need. You didn't want to download any of the apps where we all chat on because you think the government's watching it, it's bat s*** crazy.

We had to foreclose on the seller, he tried to fraud me and steal the $700,000 I have in the property.. The action is not against me.
He didn't cooperate on the title transfer.

When I bought the house the seller tried to fraud me of my money, he didn't cooperate on the closing and I almost lost all the money and rested into it which is over $700,000, something called the seller financing fraud.
But I was lucky to have a good real estate lawyer and we found a claim prior, a foreclosure has to be done on the seller in order to get title that's how it works.
It will have clear title here soon fully paid off in the name will be transferred to my name.

Shaneil is a stand-up guy who treated people with respect and went out of his way to help more than a few of them. The problem? Some folks took advantage of that kindness and now they’re bitter because things didn’t go their way. Let’s call it what it is: a bunch of ungrateful people trying to rewrite the story to make themselves look like victims. I have nothing bad to say about Shaneil, my experience was solid, and I respect the way he handled thing.
