We book our cruise on May 23, 2022. And had a room with a balcony, but when we got to our room later on that day we had been assigned an inside room. I am claustrophobic. So I went to guest services to get it corrected and were told to come back after 6, so I went back at 6:30 and was received by this man name Emmanuel. He was so nasty and disrespectful to were I was in tears. He said that the ship was full and to told me that I had to deal with. But on Tuesday July 12th they put a letter under the door that stated that they had a room on the 9 deck and I had one nigh left. I will never take another cruise. It was my first one and last.
