So I was checking out OrthoticShop recently and gotta say, the site was flippin' all over the place. Kinda annoying if you ask me, but maybe it was just my darn computer acting up. Also, getting my hands on a discount code was no picnic. It was like pulling teeth until it finally just came up at the end of my browsing session.

Now, when it comes to shipping, I couldn't tell ya what the diff was between ground and standard shipping. Both were free, but what's with the fancy jargon? Tried t order some shoes this morning on the phone from OrthoticShop. T first bought a pair of shoes on sale but there was a sizing issue, so I had to return them. This time I tried to place an order over the phone. Unfortunately, the rep was having a difficult time processing my order, so I had to switch to the website to complete my purchase. The unfortunate part was that I had to pay an extra forty-nine dollars because the shoes were not on sale like the first time.

Made me furious when I realized that they measured my feet using the measuring tool by OrthoticShop.com just a few weeks ago. Why wasn't this issue caught earlier? It's frustrating because I thought the sizing tool would work properly and choose the right size for me. Now I have to wait even longer for my proper size to come in from the website.

I gotta say, I use OrthoticShop every once in a while when I'm in need of something nice for my feet. And boy do they have a good selection! But man oh man, sometimes ordering can be a bit of a hassle.

It's quite frustrating that I can't choose women's heel height, and worse still, I can only display a maximum of 30 items at a time. If I don't pick the filters in the right order, the whole thing resets and I have to start over again. Mind you, the only reason why I keep coming back is because I can only get my preferred type of sandals here. It's quite possible that they have more stuff that I would like, but it's just too much of a hassle to look through everything.

However, despite this small inconvenience, I must say that the pricing on the website is reasonable and I greatly appreciated the free shipping cost. This definitely helped me save a few bucks!

Now, unfortunately, I ended up receiving a partial order due to some items being out of stock. This was a bit of a bummer, especially because when calculating the refund I received, I realized that I did not end up getting the original discounted pricing that I had hoped for. This definitely felt like a bait and switch tactic and left me feeling slightly disappointed. However, despite this setback, I must say that I am still quite content with the product that I did receive.

All things considered, would I purchase from OrthoticShop (orthoticshop.com) again in the future? Well, I'd say it's definitely a possibility. While there were a few hiccups along the way, I ultimately received a good product at a fair price. And in today's day and age, that's really all you can ask for, right?

Yo, so I was checking out the Vionic Gemma slippers on OrthoticShop and got a bit confused. Like, why are there different prices for seemingly the same thing? Are some of them old or something? I couldn't really tell. Also, I used Amazon Checkout on this site a while back and now it wants to ship to my Amazon username instead of my name. I think I fixed it this time, but I gotta keep an eye on it. Other than that, the site seems pretty legit and I've had good experiences with their products before.

So, I had a problem trying to cash in the facebook coupon (foot12), which promised a 12% off, but it didn't work. Unbelievably, I couldn't make an order on my mobile phone or desktop because every time I tried, I continued to receive a message indicating that my card information was wrong, even when it was the same as in my previous order. It was so frustrating! In the end, I had to resort to using PayPal then enter the same card details. To make matters worse, the mobile view of the site was terrible! It was so hard to navigate and find what I was looking for. To add insult to injury, right when I finished placing my order, an advertisement suddenly appeared on my order confirmation.

Despite all of these challenges, I decided to return as a customer since this online store is the only place where I can find this shoe style in my size. Nevertheless, it’s a really unfortunate situation that the customer experience at OrthoticShop has been so lousy. The product quality is superb, however. If only the overall experience could’ve matched the brilliant product they supply, but oh well, maybe next time!
