I gotta say that OrthoticShop is not really doing a good job when it comes to describing their orthotics. All the descriptions seem to be the same and it's making it real hard for me to suss out which one is gonna work for me. I mean, I even hit up Customer Service to get some answers and all they did was tell me to take a look at the Sole inserts. But then there's like 15 different types of Sole inserts. That's some next level confusing, yo.

It would be super cool if they had some kind of comparison chart for all these different inserts. They all sound real similar, but then there's different prices for different ones. Like, what's up with that? They need to put something in the description telling us why those high-priced inserts are so special. What makes 'em better than the others?

Honestly, I'm so lost that I just ended up buying three different types of inserts. I have no idea which one is gonna be the right one for me. It's kinda frustrating, you feel me? But hey, maybe one of 'em will work out.

I has done bought from OrthoticShop before and I gotta say, they always have good stuffs and services. But this time, when I was finna pay, they smacked me with a big ol' freight charge of $1010.00 for just a pair of shoes and slippers goin' to Australia. I thought, dagnabbit, what's goin' on here? So I started chattin' them up and they said they stopped sendin' items overseas. What the heck, man?! The OrthoticShop website sure does have a lot of products available for purchase, which can be quite overwhelming at times. At one point, I was searching for some new men's shoes and found myself scrolling through countless options. I quickly learned that they're based on the East Coast, while I'm over here on the West Coast. Bummer! And while I'm not exactly an expert on footwear at 85 years old, Papa's lack of complaints is generally a good sign. Overall, it was a pretty good experience shopping with OrthoticShop - just bear in mind that their search function may not always behave as expected.

Overall, I felt like OrthoticShop made things too difficult for busy people like me who just wanted to purchase shoes and move on with their day.

So, I decided to give OrthoticShop a try when I needed some dog training items. I must say, my first experience was awesome! I got the dog shock collar delivered to me the very next day, and it was really cool! But then, I decided to get some more items for my furry friend. Ordering other dog training items was a total nightmare! Everything on their site was all over the place and hard to find.

It took me about two weeks, or was it a week and a half, to finally get my package delivered. It was really frustrating, and it wasn't easy to order all those items scattered all over their website. But I wasn't done there. I wanted to get a dog sweatshirt for my pooch and I spent enough time scouring through the company's website to find the perfect size for my dog. Trust me, I was very careful with selecting the right size based on their specifications. But to my utmost dismay, the sweatshirt arrived nowhere near the supposed 'right size' I had ordered for my pet.

Now, I have to go through the trouble of returning it and dealing with the terrible ordering process all over again. It's been a half-hour, and I'm still struggling with their website, trying to order a pink dog shirt for my daughter's furry friend as a Christmas present. Even my tech-savvy daughter could not handle the frustrating experience of scouring through their website to find the perfect gift for her furry buddy.

Honestly, I think they seriously need some assistance to improve their website. It's not the best experience for customers who are trying to find their way around their site. Maybe, they could bring someone on board with a fresh perspective and new ideas to help them revamp their site and make it more customer-friendly.

All in all, I'm sure OrthoticShop has some great products, but their website needs a whole lot of work to make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for.

Got myself some Spira walkers from OrthoticShop but sadly, I only wore them once before my ankles were so sore due to the tongue digging into them. I phoned customer service for a return and explained the situation but there was no indication that the shoes would be resold. They finally received the shoes back on the fifth of November and after five days of nothing, I decided to call and check if there was any update. Unfortunately, they denied my refund as the shoes were considered "worn" and thus impossible to resell. It's such a bummer to have to shell out $128 for shoes that I can't even wear.

My experience with OrthoticShop taught me that buying a pair of shoes from them is a huge risk as there's hardly any grace when it comes to returns. One would have to spend quite some time "breaking" them in by wearing them around the house and making sure they're in perfect condition or else, the refund will be denied. It's a pity that I can't do business with them especially if the shoes don't fit right.

My next course of action is to go back to wearing shoes from Gravity Defyer as they've served me well for eight long years and I didn't even have to spend time "breaking" them in. Plus, dealing with their customer service is a breeze. I would highly discourage anyone from buying shoes from OrthoticShop as their transactions can be very challenging and not worth the effort.

I recently placed an order for two pairs of insoles on OrthoticShop (orthoticshop.com). I paid $118.00 for the two pairs and had no issues with the payment process. However, two weeks after placing the order, I had still not received my insoles. I tried calling the shop repeatedly but was unable to reach anyone. This was frustrating, to say the least.

After a few unsuccessful phone calls, I decided to try emailing someone at OrthoticShop. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a frustrating experience as well. I was given the runaround for three whole weeks. The person I was emailing claimed they had to check the warehouse three times before they could locate my order. This seemed highly unlikely to me, and I expressed my frustration. I pointed out to them that the world was built in seven days, but they still hadn't found my insoles five weeks later!

After much back and forth, the OrthoticShop finally gave me a copy of the tracking number. I was relieved to see that the insoles had apparently been delivered to the city of Philadelphia, USA. However, this made no sense to me as I live elsewhere and had provided a different shipping address. I was sure the delivery driver had not made it to my home, but the OrthoticShop staff insisted that the insoles had been delivered to the correct address.

I did manage to convince them to check my home's front cameras using Google Earth. Lo and behold, there were two cameras right there on the porch! They finally agreed that something had gone wrong with the delivery and offered to ship the insoles to me again at their cost. This time, they used FedEx (as I had originally paid for), and the insoles arrived safely and on time.

I must say that I was disappointed with the initial experience. OrthoticShop should have been more responsive to phone calls and emails, and the delivery issue should not have taken this long to resolve. However, once they finally took action, they did right by me. I appreciate that they covered the cost of the second shipment and that the insoles arrived in good condition.

In short, while my first experience with OrthoticShop was frustrating, it did have a happy ending. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of orthotics, but I would caution them to be patient and persistent if any issues arise.

This time I tried to place an order over the phone. Unfortunately, the rep was having a difficult time processing my order, so I had to switch to the website to complete my purchase. The unfortunate part was that I had to pay an extra forty-nine dollars because the shoes were not on sale like the first time.

Made me furious when I realized that they measured my feet using the measuring tool by OrthoticShop.com just a few weeks ago. Why wasn't this issue caught earlier? It's frustrating because I thought the sizing tool would work properly and choose the right size for me. Now I have to wait even longer for my proper size to come in from the website.

This site is one of the most irritating online shops I have ever come across. It's quite frustrating that I can't choose women's heel height, and worse still, I can only display a maximum of 30 items at a time. Yo, so I was checking out the Vionic Gemma slippers on OrthoticShop and got a bit confused. Like, why are there different prices for seemingly the same thing? Are some of them old or something? I couldn't really tell. Also, I used Amazon Checkout on this site a while back and now it wants to ship to my Amazon username instead of my name. I think I fixed it this time, but I gotta keep an eye on it. Other than that, the site seems pretty legit and I've had good experiences with their products before.

So, I had a problem trying to cash in the facebook coupon (foot12), which promised a 12% off, but it didn't work. Unbelievably, I couldn't make an order on my mobile phone or desktop because every time I tried, I continued to receive a message indicating that my card information was wrong, even when it was the same as in my previous order.
