I orderd two pair of sneakers under a promotion that was "Buy one, get one'. An extra pair was inaadvertently included in the order and shipped to me as well as the extra charge($69.95). Aftergoing back and forth withthe company, they refused to give me a refund with the return of the extra pair.I presented it to them 3 or 4 times to no avail. Can you help me?
