I placed and order for a 'buy one, et one free' promotion..I ordered one nay pair and one red pair. Somehow an extra navy pair was sent. I notified the company and asked for a refund for the extra pair ((69,95) that was sent .I would return them upon receiving directions. After receiving several responses that it was on their support desk but no mention of return transaction. I am shocked at their lack of professionalism. Can you help me?
