O'Reilly Auto Parts review: Downright rude discriminate posable lawsuit

Today or I should say around 7 or 8 pm I entered the store on 42 and n oak now not only did I use to work there I very frequently shop I was only one in store at first I had an item I had bought a couple hours earlier from other store same neighborhood. It didnt work so I had it in orlieys bag w reciept the two men behind counter were laughin as I handed them bag and explained I need ti get other items amd that I was returning an item. Than I proceed to the paint isle I was searchin for certain paint and the guys were yelling from behindthe counter do u need help I mean are you findin everything u need and I reply are u talkin to me cuz I cant tell than one man darker skin color came out to help me w color. He was very nice. Well I took a while to pick paint and I needed a 10 m. Bolt w flat washers. I couldnt find it my self so other man lighter skin was behind counter I asked him for help it seemed to be a problem there was a couple men shopping now anyway the man ignored what I asked him for acted like he was lookin g for me but went to total diff size and than says we don't have [lies) than I was looking around for something that was close to the price of the item I had to return. The man holds my bag up and tells me he xant help me because the package was opened! I said well thats new he said very short. U will have to come back talk w. Manager than proceeds to insinuate that I had stolen the paint he sayz so is the paint u had back in the isle hateful and was headed back to check the paint. I told him that if he was saying I stold the paint he was very much in the wrong and I would see manager. Now ive been in retail management amd loss prevention for years not only extremely unprofessional but grounds for lawsuit. Total discrimination not one word was said to men in store nor told they couldnt help them. But also if u think someone is stealing wouldnt u come out from behind the counter and get in isle.. Iam ssooo pissed I had to pay for ride to store for 2nd time today amd only needed those two things to complete my car so I could drive myself. So this 11.99. Part cost me alot and this lazy man tells me I have to come back again.. Iam furious this empolyee has been hella rude before down right nasty I wamt somwthing done about this amd not a slap on the wrisit either... This lil stunt has cost me yet another day w out car so gotta shell out more money for rides and still domt have what I need to complete my car...
