O'Reilly Auto Parts review: Misleading service and thief

I took what my mechanic told me was a head assembly to O'Reilly's to be worked on. They stated that it was not repairable and proceeded to sell me a new one at $500. What they failed to inform me was that parts attached to the assembly included plugs, connector pins and a connecting part which was not on the replacement. They recycled the old part before we could find this out. As a result, we (elderly couple) were left with having to pay the mechanic to search scrap yards for these. After a month, no replacements parts were found. In fact, the actions of O'Reilly's was theft. They were given the opportunity to correct this and did not respond. The treatment of customers by the O'Reilly's in Seymour, Missouri is inappropriate and without any honor to date. I would never recommend them to be trusted. They had opportunities to treat my wife and I in fair manner, but failed to do so. Is this what a company touting to be customer friendly should do? NO! In addition, they charged for core and then subtracted it. Find anyplace else to trust. Not these people.
