O'Reilly Auto Parts review: 9988 pk

On wednesday I ordered 1 9988pk retainers from the Store on Gulf to bay in Clearwater fl and was told I could pick them up the next day. I have done this many times before. When I went to pay for them the price on the card reader was $28 plus. The price for the part was 14.99 before tax. I was told there was shipping also. I declined as warehouse deliveries are advertised price. He said he got them out of Atlanta. Mind you there has only been 17 hours passed from when I ordered. I had asked about additional parts but was told they would be a charge for that and said never mind I will get them elsewhere. There wasn't time for overnight and would have been much more. So, price was wrong, never told me about shipping and I knew this came out of Lakeland. So I left.

Next day called another Oreillys and ordered them stating I could pick up after 4:15 but said I will get them tomorrow. Picked them up, no shipping and was 16 with tax. I know the manager at Gulf to Bay was lying. They even called me later and asked again if I wanted them but had to pay shipping.

You may want to find out why he's charging for warehouse deliveries that are routine and free. I think he may have forgotten that I have done this before and know the system
