Optum Bank review: optum refuses to pay travel for dental services

IBM payed for all my dental expenses (travel and hotel) when I went to Costa Rica for dental work. But Optum Bank refuses to pay my travel expenses to Puerto Rico. And had not given me a clear reason as to why. It is my opinion that this company uses tactics to discourage their clients to recover their medical expenses. I have tried to contact a manager for over a year, but all I get is another employee telling me the same story. Quote "Medical Necessity" that is their explanation for everything. I need medication for my decreasing mental health (Prevagen) and the credit card they issued is useless. This company should not be allowed to do business in this country.
