I tried to use our HSA account and was told the card isn't active. I called on August 11th to find out why and was told they were replacing the cards and a replacement would arrive in 3-5 days. I hadn't received it, so called back on August 21st. I was told again that another card would be sent and I would receive it in 3-5 days. I explained that I need to pay a medical expense and need to use the card. I was told that if it didn't arrive by that Friday, the 25th, they would overnight it. I asked for a supervisor to try to ensure the card would be sent, but was told that wasn't possible and a supervisor would have to call me back in the next 24-48 hrs, which never happened. Once again, I hadn't received it, gave it more time and then called back again on August 30th. That person told me that overnighting a card was not possible and the person I talked with last time did not give me the correct information. I was told again that they would send the card again and I should wait another 3-5 days. I again asked for a supervisor, was told the same thing about a call back, which again, never happened. I called again on September 7th and got the runaround yet again, same story. I told the person how frustrated I was and felt they were purposely preventing us from using our health savings funds. This person was nicer than that rest and seemed to be chatting with a supervisor, asking for them to expedite the card and send it via UPS of FEDEX instead of the USPS, but the supervisor denied that, supposedly because of the number of cards already in transit. I asked if they could put a stop on those cards in case someone ended up with them (IF they were ever sent), he said they could and so I asked if they then could expedite a card, but he said the supervisor again denied it, but this time with no reason. I feel this is fraudulent. No one is helping, I cannot talk with a manager or supervisor and still don't have the card, going on almost a month now after my 1st call to them. I will pursue this in every manner I can think of until they get us the card so we can use OUR savings for medical expenses. This company is ridiculous!

Desired outcome: We need the HSA card so we can use the funds saved for medical expenses, immediately. There is no reason this should have taken a month and we still don't have a card we can use.
