Customer support is useless. I'm sure this is not the fault of the human being on the other end of the phone, and I feel sorry for the frustration they feel and verbal abuse they likely take in conveying such frustrating and futile attempts at customer service. From telling me that my name and employer are inaccurate and refusing to provide a path forward. (Pretty sure I know my name and employer) to rejecting every payment card transaction. If you don't believe that the $25 paid to a medical provider is legit why offer the card. to begin with? I'd rather pay the taxes and not have an FSA than deal with Optum and save a few bucks next year.
Recommendation: My recommendation STAY AWAY! take your business elsewhere.
