Optimum review: Cable in my back yard
Internet was installed on july 29th, 2026, cable was put through the wall of my house, ran across my back yard, over my fence across to a pole in my neighbors yard. I was told by the technician someone would come in 7-14 days to bury the cable and it's still there. I have called 8 times to inquire about this and have been told numerous things, but nothing has been the truth so far. Please help. Thanks
