Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the services provided by the representatives of your company in Cyprus (Geo Pavlides Automotive). On 24/10/2023, I delivered my Opel Grandland (purchased in March 23) with plate number PHK 761 (ENGINE CHASSIS NUMBER W0VZCYHZ5N6804904) for the first scheduled service. I was informed that there was a recall for some parts of the car from the manufacturer, so they had to replace the particular parts. Afterward, I was informed that they couldn't configure the car computer with the new parts, and they had to call the factory for assistance. After waiting for three weeks for results, they finally delivered the car to me on 13/11/23, assuring me that everything was okay. However, upon driving the car away from the service area, I noticed several problems that did not exist when I initially delivered the car to them:

1. The fuel indicator disappeared from the instrument panel.

2. The lane assistant does not respond (malfunction).

3. GPS maps are not working.

4. Start-stop engine sometimes works, sometimes does not.

5. Volume indicator on the radio appears and disappears.

I returned the car to them the next day and am currently awaiting their response.

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with a company of your reputation for the results. Despite my repeated attempts to seek information about my car, I was unable to receive any satisfactory response from their service department. I felt ignored and frustrated by the lack of attention to my complaints. As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and attention to my concerns. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that my car will be delivered back to me in perfect condition without any hidden problems that may arise in the future.

I reserve all my legal rights, including the possibility of requesting a replacement with a new car exactly the same. I look forward to your prompt resolution of this issue.
