Terrible Experience – Packages Marked as Delivered but Never Received
I’ve had multiple issues with OnTrac where my packages were marked as “delivered,” but I never received them. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since there’s no accountability or follow-up from their customer service team.
I contacted OnTrac’s customer service several times requesting proof of delivery for my missing packages, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. It's impossible to get any kind of resolution or help.
I’ve filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and my state’s Attorney General to report the issue, and I highly recommend that anyone else experiencing similar problems do the same. I’m also in the process of filing a police report and will join any class action lawsuit if one is filed.
I’ve made sure to copy the merchants on all communications with OnTrac, so they are aware of this ongoing issue. Based on my experience, I will never trust OnTrac with another package again.
Do yourself a favor and avoid OnTrac if possible. Their service is unreliable, and they do not take customer complaints seriously.
