After being prompted to us Ontrac Shipping by a delivery person, I decided to try it for my west coast shipping needs. I shipped a small box but once it was scanned it showed as an envelope. I was told it was a type o and gave it no more thought until it was lost. This was a high dollar shipment. Ontrac said they would return it and never did, then they said file a claim, I did then they denied the claim. Now they are refusing to talk to me. I have no recourse with this company SHIPPER BEWARE!

rob requested my tracking number but never contacted me or responded ever again. total fraud . AVOID ONTRAC

OnTrac LIED about delivery, stole my package, then claimed it never existed. I have proof. Thieves!
Mind you it was my day off so I was home ALL day. I have front door cameras. Not ONCE did anyone show up)

And OnTrac Rob LEAVE ME ALONE! YOU BOT.

OnTrac has been excellent. I pray that they will stay an awesome delivery company and they keep great delivery drivers... but GET RID OF THE BAD AND LAZY DELIVERY DRIVERS!

How is this company allowed to do business? Their vehicles are in terrible shape and even on the road illegally. Every package I’ve had delivered by this company has been damaged somehow usually by throwing it over the fence and left out in the rain when there are clear instructions to leave it on the porch.
