I had two packages from chew stolen because a delivery personal left package in the lobby twice despite letter on wall saying not to do so. I spent out of pocket for my dog food and treats for two packages that the works had no intention to deliver right. At picture you can see the white letter in black marker stating do not leave packages in the lobby they left there anyway

Desired outcome: fired, a apology written by driver price i paid taken off delivery personal, supervisor fired or suspended for lack of supervision
