I've had most of the same bad experiences as other reviewers: poor customer service, inconsistent sizing and quality,... But what also ticks me off is inconsistent pricing and they won't honor the lower price. That's on top of everything ALWAYS supposedly being on sale.
I only shop with them because I can't easily find my size elsewhere. Would dump them in a heartbeat if there were other choices.
I have had an unbelievable run around since May of 2025 and it is now January 2026! The customer service people are like programmed robots and it is not usual to b sent to from person to person and never get an answer. Ordered a curtains and two roman shades in May from Brylane catalog. My order was delayed and billing began on my Woman Within account before delayed products ever arrived. Once I got the order I soon sent the shades back...not as advertised in catalog. No notification of arrival so I called several times. Got a letter in August! that those shades arrived! Because of all the hassle I paid for the Yes I should have paid the original 35.00 balance but with all the hassle I paid 100.00 in Sept...the bal. plus the curtains. Late accomulated...remember I was charged before I got the order! My account was now over 400.00 all late fees. I am 76 and live on social security. Today I spoke to 3 people and the third hung up! I am done with the customer service! It is a shame because I really liked the products but not worth the the frustration.
