FullBeauty Brands cancelled order

12/10/10 and 12/11/10 I ordered several items from them. Some came, some didn't. I went online today to find out my order status and it said to contact them. They cancelled my order with no notification by email, phone or anything. This was my first shopping experience with them and it will be my last. Customer service by phone said the item was not longer available even though it is still online and they are still selling it in different colors (for a higher price of course). The online agent said it was cancelled because the coupon (for $5.00 and free shipping) was only good for Chadwicks. If that was true why did some items come? The customer service people were very rude and not helpful. When I asked why the item was still available online for purchase, she said they don't update the website except every 2-3 months. Do they think I'm stupid? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I won't be fooled again. BTW, many people online said the same thing happened with them (Cancelled orders without notice).

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding on 3/19/12. Got a postcard telling me that it would be delayed until 4/20/12. He gets married on 4/27/12. Do I take a chance that they may actually send it? I tried their online chatting but could get absolutely NO information about it. Why bother with a "Chat" if you can't tell the customer anything? I was told I would not be charged until they ship. Waiting to see if that has happened...

WORST customer service! I placed an order recently. I still have no idea where it is. I received an email confirmation from a vendor, saying that my items had shipped. Then, and only after I personally inquired about the shipment, did the vendor tell me that one of my items was no longer available. Supposedly, this has been credited to my credit card, but I have yet to see ANY refud on there, despite never having received the item. I will NEVER order from this website again!

I purchased the Woman Within 20-pc Picnic set & Woman Within Sueded comforter for 5.98 and free shipping on 12/16/10 and I didn't receice the package . I cantact with them many times they just told me "sorry...the items is no longer available" ; however I see the website still available...they just lie to me, and I use the live chat to try to get my package back, and they said " sorry, u will bill for more 18 dollars " they are not trying to make up and they just need to charge more from customers...Really sucks website and customer service...I WOULDN'T SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE...

FullBeauty Brands hidden charges

This was my first time shopping at OneStopPlus.com And I have to say LAST! Never again!It took 2weeks to receive my item. Meanwhile I have received 4 "Shipping Verification-Response Requested" e-mails from OneStopPlus.com Stating: "Please confirm you have received your shipped item(s)from the order you placed on...":)
I ordered a bra, not only they charged me for shipping $6.99, but I have discovered that I have to pay for return too $6.99. Waisted $14.00 !
Shipping, return policy and charges is no where to be found on the website.
On top of everything the bra was poor quality, made in China, very uncomfortable.
NO, I do not recommend this company, with it's hidden charges, and poor quality products!
I have already purchased bra from Victoria's Secret and very happy..free return if it .

I've been through the same scenario. Unfortunately, I am not as smart as you...I keep going back to them expecting difference results - - Hey! Wait! Doesn't that fit the Einstein's definition of insanity? Oh no.
