I ordered a set of items on Saturday (4/12) as a gift for my sister. There were 3 shipping options - Regular delivery (7-10 business days), Express Delivery (Delivery by 4/16) and Super Fast Delivery (Delivery by 4/14). Since the birthday was 4/14 - I paid an inordinate amount of money to cover the cost of 'super-fast' shipping.

On Tuesday (4/14), I noticed the order was still 'in process' and sent a note out to the customer service department asking what the challenge was. I got a response indicating it 'should' ship THAT DAY - the day it was supposed to be delivered!

I responded and asked why there was a delay, when I would have the items and how they planned to compensate me. The response was basically that they were still within the guidelines of their super-fast shipping and that they would not compensate me in any way.

When I pushed back, I was advised that they didn't get 'authorization' on my card until Tuesday so they couldn't process the order right away - but that it would ship that day.

I asked for a confirmation of the date that I could expect the items and called them out on the fact that I had gotten an approved response and that my MC had issued an approval code immediately to them. They responded that they did not get an authorization right away (the funds were pending against my card IMMEDIATELY). To add insult to injury they still refused to confirm a DATE when the items would arrive - merely indicating that it should arrive either 4/15 or 4/16!

They have not refunded my shipping costs (despite the fact that they are unable to guarantee delivery even 2 days after the date indicated on their site for receipt!

I firmly believe that they are running a scam that takes advantage of people who need 'rush' shipping. They collect the fees for the service but do not deliver in the time frame indicated and then try to fault the consumer for their error. The customer service department does not acknowledge fault and is not remotely willing to work with the consumer to assuage any frustration.

I will NEVER work with this company again and would strongly advise other consumers to stay away as well. I will be filing complaints with the attorney general, the BBB and with the FTC as well as contacting my credit card company to file a chargeback against this company.

I received a notice from a collection agency that I had an outstanding bill

due and they were to collect $53.01.. Full Beauty brands

I have never ever purchased an item from this company

They sent a fraudulent looking invoice no explanation of what the item was

no delivery

Placed an order in January and received part of it three weeks later. Part of the order never shipped. Returned two items for credit on February 1st. It is now the 3rd week in March and I have not received my money back or a shopping gift card as promised. I talked to someone after calling numerous times and was told that I would get my return within 24 hour. But I never did. I will never shop with them again.

I ordered wrong size. I ordered 28-30 this I would like to cancel. Keep the 1+ I ordered.

Worst customer service ever. Returns and exchanges are a nightmare, not easy as they claim. They don't honor their sale prices, they gouge you for shipping, and when they mess up an exchange they expect you to reorder and pay for shipping again. That's it, I am done with these idiots. I swore a year ago after the last fiasco I'd never order from them again, and I was stupid enough to give them another chance. Seriously, buy from people who actually care about their customers.

These people are complete ###s. I purchase an E gift card 11am on a Friday before Xmas 2011... PLENTY of time to arrive to the recipient by Xmas morn! I have purchased at least a dozen e gift cards in my time and they usually arrive within a couple hours to the receivers email addy. Wasn't even a question until that evening and I ask my mom if she got an e gc from them and she said no. I look at the order and it shows "Processing to ship"...NOTHING needed to be shipped! It's emailed. Of course no one answers when I call. I try the next morning and nothing naturally. I finally reach someone Monday... 3 days after purchasing and it STILL shows processing! They had no clue y nor any clue when it would be emailed...as if this was some massive task. I luckily paid via Paypal and called them and they cancelled the transaction. Stupid stupid people.

Watch out for false authorizations against your credit card! I tried to purchase items from OneStopPlus online, but each time the site said "We are sorry, there is a technical error while processing your request. “ I made 4 attempts to make the purchase and got the same message each time. I had plenty of credit so I called my credit card to find out the problem. They said OneStopPlus had sent authorizations for over $7, 500.00 to my credit card for items when they said no purchase went through. I called and emailed Customer Service. The said none of the purchases went through. I asked them to take the authorizations off my card. The first lady said she would remove them right away, but they were not removed. I called for for more than two weeks asking OneStopPlus to take the authorizations off my card, but they would not do anything. OneStopPlus never did anything to remove the false authorizations. Now I am stuck with thousands of dollars in false authorizations against my card.

I am currently waiting for my order by them as well. Its been a ridiculous amount of time. I turned them into the BBB which i believe all of you should do. I wish I would have checked their rating on the BBB before ordering because I would have seen that they have an "F" rating.

Same old run around. This is a crooked company. I've been waiting for over a month for an item that even shows on their online tracking that was delivered 12 days ago, called India, spoke to 4 different people, got 4 different lies.

Scam artists. By the way, the same products are available from reputable retailers online at better prices, lower shipping. Shop around for less hassle.

I just wanted a little tunic to go with something in my closet.Don't need the drama. Calling my credit union in the morning to file VISA fraud charges. Advise others to do the same when their products do not arrive as specified.

They are very very slow . i don't think its really a scam but if you need an item in a hurry DO NOT order from them

I have the same exact issue, four months later than this. I ordered my boots on their website on Saturday night, just after midnight (so technically Sunday) and I also asked for Super Fast Shipping at $16.99 OVER the regular shipping charge. On my actual invoice it states it would be DELIVERED today, November 24th, my daughter's birthday. At noon I decided to check the tracking since I did not want to be here all day waiting as I had errands to run. I went to track online and it said "processing to ship" just as yours did. When I called Customer Service a supervisor told me the expected delivery date was TODAY. She told me if I did not receive it today that they would refund my super fast shipping price. At 6:30 pm I called back because I know UPS will not deliver that late.

I was informed that there was a tracking number but there was no UPS information they could give me and that the fault lie with UPS. So I used my tracking number to call UPS and THEY told me they had not even received the package in their possession yet. And I would only get it tomorrow if they received it TODAY. If they got it tomorrow, I would not receive it until Friday.

Friday!? I paid almost 20 bucks to have it shipped and delivered by TODAY. Not Friday.

Called OneStopPlus back and again asked to speak to a supervisor who told me herself it WAS supposed to be delivered today, but there was a delay on processing, verifying the billing address on my check-card. That's why I did not get it. Why didn't the supervisor earlier today tell me that? So I was lied to by no less than FOUR onestopplus.com customer service reps and supervisors.

I will be filing a complaint with BBB also and notifying the Attorney General.
