Hi there,
My flight being late arrived at Fort Lauderdale at 12:27PM. Directly after I joined the pick up point terminal 1 G but the driver never showed up. After 3 hours and several calls made to the agency he finally took us saying only that he was sorry about it. We had 2 hours to pick up the vehicle and since we got there at 3:00PM the front desk (Yahaira Yrigoyen) at one switch announced nothing was available to us. I would like you to refund me since the issue was not of my faith.
