The amount of information they require is ridiculous, but the Terms and Conditions are a non starter. They basically can kill you, share your information with anyone, fail to do their job and you are responsible for any failure on their part and attorneys fees. I'll be calling to remove my data and reporting these people to the Medical Authorities.
