My mom has dementia and I recently became her POA. I noticed a monthly charge of $37.98 on her checking account and called One Hour. They said she has been paying it since September 2024 for the Comfort Club. We never heard of this and did not agree to this. One Hour was supposed to go to her house twice a year and they had not been there since Sept 2024. I had this cutoff and wanted a refund. One Hour refused.

Claimed loss: $759.60

Desired outcome: A full refund

It appears One Hour may be targeting elderly people. We had a very similar experience, they are suing my dead mother.
