My booking for one night in bath for 22nd May. Company states that vouchers will be e mailed minimum 48 hours before due date. Despite my attempts to contact on 21st May still no response. What am I supposed to do when no vouchers received.
Vouchers received for hotel with breakfast. now used.However, no vouchers received for visit to Roman Baths. and the time has now come and gone.

Claimed loss: Claim for cost of entry to roman baths which was included in the price but no vouchers received.Voucher Number: FWRBB300160Activation Number: 777399755317Experience Title: Roman Baths Getaway

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response - someone to speak to directly please
