My booking for one night in bath for 22nd May. Company states that vouchers will be e mailed minimum 48 hours before due date. Despite my attempts to contact on 21st May still no response. What am I supposed to do when no vouchers received.
Vouchers received for hotel with breakfast. now used.However, no vouchers received for visit to Roman Baths. and the time has now come and gone.
