My computer or network was banned for no reason when i opened omegle this morning. It says that i have been banned for possible bad behaviour but i have not opened omegle for the past month. I have been banned for completely no reason at all. Even before i stopped logging i only chatted with a few people and have pretty nice and wholesome conversations. I hope this matter resolves soon and i get unbanned soon.

This happened to me at around 6:20 pm of 5/21/23 I was banned, now i'm wondering why, I see people on this site with their penises out and I don't appreciate it I was just going on here to find new people and joke around i've had some great conversations on here and would hate to lose all this because of a system mistake, I find it very unprofessional that this site allows children on here and people with hate flags and things in the background symbolizing hate and yet I get banned, if I stay banned that's fine but certain measures should be taken for people who actually need to be banned, I still would appreciate a unban, but I just would like to express my mediate concerns.

AI extraordinaire, Leif K Brooks, abuses conversationalists so he can sell SEX and lots of it. After being banned from the site (for logging on) I thought I'd try it again, thinking it must've been a mistake.

As soon as I got on the site I met a musician and we talked and jammed for about an hour. After the conversation I was confronted with the familiar white screen counting down my ban in bold black letters.

Leif had beckoned me to the lair of Armandia, the Indian Triple D delight!

I was no longer on Omegle, I was on Cumegle.

What was intended as a wholesome experience was quickly transformed into a Triple X Experience (courtesy of Leif'). His site has now become a front for this sick man's affiliated sex sites.

Leif doesn't want people on his site to talk. He wants people on his site to jerk off.

As time progresses sex sites [themselves] become more increasingly maniacal, hiding behind layers of coercion / deceit/ control-modification. The victims? Everyone.

Omegle, however, destroys childhoods (imagine your son or daughter being banned and thrown in a room with one of Leif's sex models) as well as adulthoods (grooming young men to be john's and girls to be sex workers).

It is no surprise that young men brandishing thick blood engorged members generally remain on the site, while people pursuing decent conversations are aggressively dragged out of the virtual coffee shop and deposited on the semen-soaked floor of a peepshow gallery in the back room of a porn shop.

And what is done about this? Nothing.

Absolutely nothing.

If this is the early days of The Internet we cannot let sites like Omegle treat people like this.

We need to set a precedence.

I'm quite liberal (let people do what they want as long as they aren't a threat to others). But when you outright tyrannize innocent people in this manner, while encouraging the worse kind of behavior, then I'm going to feel compelled to make others aware of who this man is and what he's doing.

Leif and others like him, who use their sites for malevolent purposes, need to be held accountable for their recurring wrongdoings.

It's selfish, disrespectful. deceitful and toxic to do what you do. And to not hold you accountable is akin to enabling you.

Good people deserve better.

So I have been banned for so long now not even joking its not cool I got banned for no reason and I always have good convos with people. I was using omegle in such a healthy and friendly manner and never did any wrong not even a single percent but still yesterday on13.05.2023 I got banned on omegle for no reason. I was surprised to see people writing sexual texts and sitting nude and doing shameful things still I don’t understand why as they still on omegle and using it freely for inappropriate activities. Why do I have to fill out 18 recaptchas just to chat to one person and then when they skip without saying hi I have to sit there doing 10 more recaptchas? Clearly I'm not a robot the first time? It's 2:29 am, I am bored trying to talk to new people I meet, and all I get are recaptchas. I have sat here doing and I counted 12 recaptchas in a row before I even got to connect to one person. And this started randomly too, I was talking to people normally and then all of a sudden I have to do recaptchas. And then it goes away a day later and comes back within 5 mins again? If I've filled out so many recaptchas how can I be a robot?

I only started using Omegle yesterday i have used it a couple of times with my friends before but I thought I would go on alone. I went on it to day and was talking to some lovely people but sadly I got banned for 'inappropriate' behaver. When most of the other people are showing there privates to people even though they have said no also people have asked me on numerous accessions to show my boobs or my bum. i have been banned for no reason and i followed the guidelines and i would like to be unbanned as soon as possible. i was last on it about 7 months ago and was perfectly fine then and then i went on it for the first time i ages and it said i had been banned so i would also like to know what i have done, also i am the right age for it and would only like to be able to meet knew people and make new friends but i cant since i am banned.

From last 3 hours, omegle is showing 'looking for some one u can chat with'. I've checked everything, my internet is working properly, but I don't know why it's showing like this now continously as if it is just hanged. I've never encountered such type of problem before, but now it's not resolving. I tried changing the browsers too but no luck. This problem is showing in chatting where we add or share interests. Please look into this matter and resolve this issue asap.

At last, I've decided to check this godforsaken website and no matter what I do, I keep getting instanty banned. I'm not sure what I did, since I haven't been able to talk to anyone.

Omegle states that it is only accessible to adults ages 18+, there are no ways to actually verify this. It is a tick button to verify age. Children of any age can lie about their age to access this site. My daughter is 10 years old and when on a sleepover at her friends house, they easily accessed this site and were prompted to play truth or dare with someone who claimed to be the same age. This person then dared the 2 girls to flash their genitals to him. Im sorry but obviously as a mother this made me feel sick! how can this website be so easily accessible? she has parental controls on her phone but she can STILL access this website. Obviously once ive talked to her about the situation she was mortified at the fact a pervert has asked to see her genitals.

There needs to be a law where websites for 18+ have to verify with a picture of an ID!

I was recently banned for "Violating community guidelines" I've read through them and realized I have not done anything wrong. Then I researched about it, and I found out what could have happened. The sources state that if you get skipped a lot or "Rejected chat" you will get banned because omegle thinks it's a troll or something inappropriate. Many people have gotten banned due to this as well. To this day I am still not unbanned and therefore I am making this comment. Omegle please up your game and get actual moderators to go through chats and see if they have violated any guidelines. I am Truley disappointed.

a yer or two ago, i was banned for using a 3rd party app for my camera to work because i own a pc. i was then unbanned and i do not use 3rd party apps anymore since i got a better camera and can now use it all alone, even tho it doesnt say im banned i will still not let me use the website.

About 24 hours ago(march 14, 2023, around 9:00pm), I was banned for no reason. I have read the community guidelines multiple times and I have not violated them, I am not the age but, my friend is so its okay. I think that I should be unban because I didn't do anything wrong, but if I did, then I will try my best not to do it again. I will be of age in June so pretty soon. Please unban me!
