I purchased an oman tel jibreen card, since 15 days i am complaining by telecom by telephone, the card PIN number says repeatedly invalid number, where as i never used the new card after scratch. Beware!

    I received a message that the enternet line will be connected within 10day on 25.09.2017 untill today we didn't receive any update.

    Is it worth using Omantel. They systematically block any program which uses chat or voice applications as propaganda to use their charging services. MSN, SKYPE, GOOGLE TALK, FACEBOOK(from time to time)
    Their business and economic strategies are third world strategies, and as soon as a monopolised collapse occurs, will never improve their service

    porn?? if yes thats good to hear.. i like these sites an addtional to be blocked are as follows:
    pinoyunderground.com; demonoid.com; torrent.com; bitlord.com; youtube.com; dattebayo.com; limewire.com (i forgot the other sites) or anything that can be downloaded porn materials..

    Internet connectivity is very poor. Most of the times internet is not working. And even if it is connected it is very slow in speed. Also when multiple devices are connected the speed if very low and it gets disconnected.

    I am waiting for my Home Internet to be connected. Remaining the final stage to be connect inside the House I have been waiting since last two months.
    Is It normal to wait with no any reason.

    I have started fixed line service of Omantel since 11th May 2017. I am not receiving any e bill for the same. While starting of this service I have filled all the necessary information but still I am not getting bill on my email. Even I don't know the current bill from any source.

    From my flat to another flat in same building and same floor since 8 October till now no body come or even call i went to zakher mall center to time every time they said that someone will contact me and nothing happened,

    It has been more than 2 weeks since I have applied for an existing broad band ([protected]) connection in Adam branch. There is no response from anywhere till now even after follow ups. Kindly do the needful asap to rectify the issue.

    Hi,
    I have requested for Omantel Home Broadband on 10th of Jan 2017; the request no: 123626 under name Anoop Yohannnan.
    Even after continuous follow for the last 4 weeks, the connection is not yet done. And even not getting a proper response from the customer service for when the connection will be done.

    Omantel customer service is one of the best service provider in Oman, but they are keeping a customer to wait in the phone for more than 15 minutes .They should value a customer time, as we are calling for an urgent inquiry.

    I have omantel broadband connection in my home bearing number 2490887.
    Location Ghala.
    The internet is not working I informed omantel and they said will take 2 to 3 days
    I work from home and my livelihood depends on internet .
    How can omantel keep customer hanging with such delayed solution???
    I want this issue to be resolved at earliest .

    I am still waiting for a credit of 3 months off the cost (105 OMR) have made numerous complaints, the last being on 21st January 2019, complaint number IM0870303 for telephone number [protected], no response in 6 months even though I have chased this numerous times.

    Very soon it will be a year!
