Awful customer service and poor website
It is hard to imagine poorly functioning ecommerce site in 2024. But Olightstore.com made that a reality.
Even out of stock/unavailable items are not marked as such.
All that would not be so disappointing if their customer service via chat was a bit helpful and understanding. Instead, they are sarcastic and lying.
Not answering simple questions or even attempting to understand or help those people should not be dealing with customers. And everything takes hours.
Don't think others at this company are much better, but I had to deal with Emily (manager?) and Sherry, both quite arrogant.
Recommendation: Stay away!
