Old Navy review: Not so nice cashier in the store

I placed an online order for delivery to my home. I ordered 2 coats. One did not fit so I went to the store here in Columbus GA to exchange. The unhappy cashier that was not friendly and mildly rude stated that they don't do returns for online orders unless it is picked up from the store. The coat was way too big and there were plenty in stock because I saw them on the rack when I walked in and tried on one to get the correct fit, she said I could just return and then purchase a coat. I told her no because she wouldn't give me the sale price that I received online. I just got refunded and Old Navy lost a sale. I have purchased many, many orders from Old Navy and was highly disappointed in the rudeness and not trying to help me and make a sale. If it is your policy that is fine, I just think it should be changed. I was prepared to exchange and not actually return.

Desired outcome: I would like the coat I purchased for the price I paid and if it is policy to maybe look at that and rethink how it can actually be more proactive for customers and easier.
