I was payin $70 a month for a storage unit
I was payin $70 a month for a storage unit. Now it's gone up to $107 and nobody told me why. I can't get no answer from them.
I rented a storage unit from this company about 1 year ago
I rented a storage unit from this company about 1 year ago. The company got sold about 2 months ago. The old management company put locks on units that were already occupied, even though I paid for my unit every month. The new management won't take off the locks because they say they don't belong to them. They said they would remove the lock for $30, but it would take 7-10 business days. Nobody ever removed it. Now they're telling me to get a locksmith, which would cost $150. I reported this to the London PD, and they told me they've had around a dozen reports of the same problem. These people are total scammers.
