I signed up for Love Drop and got charged on 01/25. I got the box, but now I wanna cancel and can't seem to do it. I moved and can't change my address. I can't log in 'cause they don't know my email, but they keep sending me emails. I've been emailing them since February on the email they got on their site, but no one's getting back to me. I also messaged on *** and ***, but no response. They keep charging me, but I can't get in touch with them.

Love Drop is a cool subscription thingy that says you can "Cancel your Subscription anytime for any reason by logging into your account by clicking here." But, guess what? That's not true! When you log in, there's a "Cancel Subscription" tab, but it doesn't actually let you cancel. It just tells you about your subscription status and says it'll renew automatically. No option to stop the renewal. We tried emailing them to cancel, but they didn't answer. That's not cool, man. They lied to us and that's not fair. It's like a scam or something.
