Hello I'm writing you today sadly because I've used your soap products over 20+ yrs and within the pass 2-3 yrs or so I've noticed a change and the soap makes my body feel so dry and Irritating as if the Ingredients has been changed Modified in so way. That I've changed my brand of soap to Dove I was highly disappointed because I've been using Olay for so long I just loved it but with the downgrade I feel the soap has made, the bars as gotten smaller prices has increased while the Quality decreased. If you where to go back to their original product I will return as a customer but until then I'm sadly to say that I can't buy your products any longer.

I had purchased $30 of Olay products and received a $10 Prepaid card from P&G. Received the card around 11-17-24. I have tried using the card in over 11 stores, and not once can I use it. I called Olay and told them the issue, and they told me that I couldn't apply it to a larger amount, because it would not work. So went and spent $9.87 at a store, still would not accept it. Tried again for $5.25 charge, still would not accept it.

I have received these prepaid cards for a while, so not sure if it is the card company or P&G, but this is a crime. To take the time to fill out the paper, get the card, and still cannot use it. P&G, I thought you were better.

I bought this for my wife as a present online on 2nd October olay retinol 24 she put it on first night it was not to bad next night she put it on in the morning her lids started hurting going red and irritated she washed her face still was hurting she was very upset and crying thought she was going to be scared on her eyes can someone please get in touch with me about this please [protected]@gmail.com or [protected] she thought she was going to be okay because she uses Olay face cream for years no problem with that she likes your product dissapointed over this hope you can help her thank

I purchased a 50ml of retinol 24 max night cream. I used this as part of my bedtime routine, the cream was applied to makeup free skin. After the second night time application, I noticed that my skin was very dry, sore and itchy. I stopped using the product immediately. I made a comment on the FB page. I was contacted by Jay, who reached out to me on behalf of Olay. I am less than impressed with the lack of customer service, given that I have a timeline of a conversation which started 22 April 2023 and we are now well into the month of June. I have provided screenshots, the product code upon request. I was advised that I would receive a call from Jay to arrange a bank transfer. I’m still waiting! I have left numerous messages and still being ignored. An apology for a start would be appreciated and a full refund.

So listen up y'all, got my hands on some Olay cream and it was not a pleasant experience. The darn jar came to me all busted open with half the cream smeared all over the place. It's a shame, 'cause I decently showed it some love and kept it safe like a treasure - maybe it just wanted to be free?
Anyway, the real annoying part was having to deal with their customer service. I hopped on the phone- line to try to rectify things, but little did I know I was in for a ride. It took chatting with not one, not two but THREE representatives before I finally got a refund. What a darn mess.

I gotta say, this Olay Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask is really the bee's knees! I mean, it's so easy to put on, you don't have to worry about any mess or drips. Just slap it on your face, and voila! It's also really good for us oily-skinned folks. You can feel it pulling out all that excess oil and dirt from your pores.

And let me tell you, they have like 4 different options to choose from, which is pretty dang cool. But I always go for the charcoal one, because it just feels so satisfying watching all that gunk get sucked out of my face. Plus, it helps keep my skin looking nice and smooth.

So yeah, if you're looking for a good pore-detoxing mask that won't make a mess, I highly recommend this one. Olay's really got it going on with this Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask, ya'll.

I recently picked up a new body wash from Olay's website. The scent I chose was Fresh Water & Lavender. Unfortunately, after using this product for a little while, my body broke out in an uncomfortable rash. I had to visit my doctor's office to get some help with managing it. I'm disappointed that this product didn't work out for me, and I'd love to speak to someone from Olay about this experience. I hope that they can help me figure out what happened and find a more suitable product for my body's needs. Thank you, Janis Carter.

I swear, I can't even believe my eyes! I thought I was seeing things when I logged into my bank app and saw not one, not two, but FOUR transactions for almost $1500 charged to my account from Olay.com. I mean, what the heck!? I've never even spent that much at one time, let alone four separate times! My heart was racing, and I was fuming mad!

I immediately got on the phone with my bank's fraud department to report the fraudulent charges and dispute them. But, a week later, we're still going back and forth with Olay.com and my bank trying to straighten this mess out. It's been a nightmare!

Honestly, it just goes to show you that companies like Olay.com are more worried about making a quick buck than being a reputable and honest business. It's a shame that it's come to this, but at this point, I wouldn't recommend anyone trust them with their money or personal information.

I have used Olay products for over a decade and have always been satisfied with them. Recently, I bought a package of Olay Age Defying Vitamin E, just like always. However, this time around, I noticed something wasn't right. Unfortunately, the moisturizer seems to have dried out my skin like no other before. My skin feels rough and dry, which is particularly unusual for a product that is supposed to help defy the effects of aging. Moreover, the cream caused a vaginal infection, which is an issue I have never experienced before with Olay products.

Overall, I am very disappointed with this Olay product and will be steering clear of it in the future. I had come to expect quality and effectiveness from Olay, but this package has proven to be a real letdown. I hope the company resolves this issue and puts back the quality in their products that made them so popular among women of all ages.

So, I tried to get my hands on some Olay products, but let me tell you, it was a whole ordeal. First of all, my package got stuck in Maryland for what seemed like forever! I thought I was never going to receive it. I reached out to Olay and thankfully, they replied back. But even after all that, my package was still nowhere in sight.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted PayPal. I provided them with proof of mailing and the emails I had with Olay. They were able to get my money refunded, thank goodness!

To be honest, I was really looking forward to trying out their product, but after all the hassle, I really don't think it's worth it. I'll be taking my hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

i am not much of a beauty products guy but i thought i should start taking care of my skin since i am getting up there in age. so i tried some olay skincare products and i have to say, i am pretty impressed. i have only been using it for a little while now but i am already starting to notice a difference. my skin feels smoother and softer than before and i am definitely going to keep using it. i also like how it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily like some other products do. the only downside for me is that it didn't give me the transformative effect that i was hoping for. but overall, i am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend olay products to anyone looking to take better care of their skin.

So, I was pretty ticked off when I got hold of some Olay products that turned out to be close to their expiration date. I mean, come on, Olay! What were you thinking? It's like they're trying to set their customers up for failure or something.

Anyway, I decided to reach out to Olay to try and get these products returned. I had a good deal on them, but I wasn't about to use products that were only going to last me a hot minute.

But Olay wouldn't budge. They wouldn't let me return the products for no good reason. I mean, what kind of customer service is that? I wasted so much time and money on these products, and now I'm left feeling pretty ripped off.

Needless to say, I won't be buying any more Olay products anytime soon. So if you're thinking about jumping on one of their deals, I'd think twice before handing over your hard-earned cash.

I been using Olay face cream for so long, it's part of my daily routine. But, the other day, I noticed the pump on my bottle wouldn't work no more! So, I buy another bottle but when I call the company for help with the old bottle they say they can't do nothing without the box it comes in. Who has the box for a product they already using? I ain't very happy with this company right now and might have to switch to something else. 'Cause seriously, ain't nobody got time for all that box keeping!

I was really excited about trying out the new skin brightening cream offered on Olay's website. I placed my order and waited eagerly for it to arrive within the week. However, after a few days, I started to notice that my package wasn't making its way to me. According to the tracking number, it had been stuck in Maryland since May 29th, even though it had been just 20 minutes away from my house in Kearny, New Jersey for three days. This really had me worried!

Thankfully, I was able to reach out to the customer service team and they were quick to respond to my concerns. They told me that my package seems to have been lost in transit and offered to refund me. While I appreciated the gesture, the amount they refunded me was way more than the cost of the product I had ordered. I was left wondering what was going on.

Overall, I felt like the experience with Olay's website was really disappointing. While the customer service team was helpful, it was frustrating to deal with a lost package and a refund that seemed excessive. I hope they can improve their services in the future so that other customers don't face the same issues as I did.
